History

1949

The Minister for Industry and Trade founded in Lodz a commercial enterprise called Import Center for Textile Industry „TEXTILIMPORT” and the Minister for Foreign Trade founded a state company „CETEBE” Import and Export Center for Textile Industry

1962

The Minister for Foreign Trade determines the limits of Foreign Sales Enterprise activities.

1963

Export and import of finished products becomes excluded from „CETEBE” activity and passes to PHZ „CONFEXIM”. In „CETEBE” remains trade in goods.

1971

"CETEBE”, „TEXTILIMPORT” and „CONFEXIM” merged and created Foreign Sales Corporation „TEXTILIMPEX” that became legal successor of these companies.

1977

Due to restrictions regarding foreign trade imposed on merged companies „TEXTILMPEX" could not sell clothes and knitted goods. Therefore, companies called BHZ „TEXTILIMPEX – CONFEXIM” and BHZ „TEXTILMPEX – TRICOT started to sell those goods.

1979

TEXTILIMPEX Sp. z o.o. celebrates its 30th anniversary.

1982

„TEXTILMPEX” becomes a limited liability company.

1992

TEXTILIMPEX Sp. z o.o. passes through a transformation in order to create a holding structure.

1999

TEXTILIMPEX Sp. z o.o. celebrates its 50th anniversary.

2009

TEXTILIMPEX Sp. z o.o. celebrates its 60th anniversary.

2019

TEXTILIMPEX Sp. z o.o. celebrates its 70th anniversary.
